What we collect
When you use the callback form, we collect your name, telephone number, postcode, your description of the problem and, if you choose to add one, a photo. When you call, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we collect the details you give us. If we carry out work for you, we also keep the address of the job and the details we need to quote, invoice and guarantee the work.
How we use it
- To call you back and answer your enquiry.
- To arrange, carry out and invoice the work you agree to.
- To deal with any guarantee or warranty question about that work.
- To keep the records we need by law, such as invoices.
We use your information because you have asked us to take steps before entering a contract, to perform that contract, to meet our legal obligations, or for our legitimate interest in running the business. We do not sell your information.
Marketing

Only where needed for your job or to run our business:
